1.2 We highly realize on importance of personal data and privacy of persons related to the company. In addition, we also strive to protect personal data and privacy therefore this Privacy Policy was established to show our ways to collect, use, disclose, and manage personal data under our supervision.
1.3 Personal data means "any information related to a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, excluded specific information of dead person."

2.1 We will directly collect personal data from you during the following service procedures:
       - Submission of Data Subject Rights Request Form or application for services;
       - Survey or response via email or other communication channels between you and the Company;
       - Usage of our website with cookies as the tool for collecting data.

2.2 Collected personal data include:
       Personal data like name, surname, gender, nationality, date of birth, address, occupation, work place, postal code, email address, telephone number, and information search behavior, for example, IP address, types of Web Browser used for accessing Web Page, visit time, websites referring the Company’s website, other personal data that shall be provided with your consent.

3.1 We will use personal data for communication related to our services and benefits related to such services.

3.2 We will use personal data for improving operational efficiency of our website, planning marketing plan, analyzing on service data, assessing services, and improving our services.

3.3 We will not disclose your personal data unless they are required to be used or disclosed according to the objectives as defined above or to persons in our organization or related persons hereunder. In addition, we also disclose your personal data as required by legal actions, orders, rules, regulations, orders of the courts or government agencies or under your consent.

4.1 We apply Secure Socket Layer (SSL) that is security standard of data sent and received via internet with encryption and Firewall. Secured Socket Layer (SSL) is a kind of technology for accessing data via code in order to prevent sniffing while transmitting data via internet network.

4.2 We store your personal data as follows:

      Data Storage: Data will be stored in file format saved on server computer and/or paper format.
      Storage Place: Data will be stored at the Company’s office with safety equipment as well as on hard disk and/or server computer with protection system and backup system for computer security.
      Storage Duration: We will store your personal data as long as needed for providing you services or performing actions under specified purposes.
      After storage duration or when we have no right to or reason to process your personal data, we will destroy all pieces of paper printed with your personal data with paper shredder and delete all files from our hard disk and database. This destruction shall be completed within 30 days from the last day of such duration.

       - Right to Rectification: You have the right to request us to rectify incorrect data or add more data to incomplete ones.
       - Right to Erasure: You have the right to request us to delete your data for some reasons.
       - Right to Restriction of Processing: You have the right to suspend the use of your personal data for some reasons.
       - Right to Object: You have the right to object your personal data processing for some reasons.

5.2 You are able to contact us to submit the request for taking actions under the above rights (contact details are shown in “Contact Channels” below). We will consider and inform the results of consideration as requested within 30 days from the date of acceptance of such request.

We will regularly consider and review Privacy Policy regularly in order to be consistent with related practices, laws, and regulations. In the event of any amendment of Privacy Policy, we will inform you by updating our data on our website as soon as possible.
